Mold In Simpsonville

This particular mold damage occurred as a result of standing water into an unfinished basement. This was a result of a slow leak from a condesation line.  The homeowner contacted SERVPRO of Oldham/Shelby County to remediate and clean the basement.

To begin the process our team first set up containment and negative air to prevent mold spores from entering the entirety of the home.

Following the containment our crews applied an EPA registered anti microbial agent along with a mold stain remover. Finally, the area was lightly sanded and scrubbed to remove the mold.
