Fire Damage- Apartment in Louisville, Ky

This particular fire started in the kitchen as a result of grease. Water damage from the firefighting effort was the first task to be executed, and we quickly performed the mitigation to begin the structural repairs and cleaning. 

The before picture is of the heavy soot and smoke damage on the walls and cabinets. 

The after picture is the finished product of cleaning and paint. The tenant and owner were extremely satisfied with the results.
